We want you be delighted with your brighter products. If there anything is less than perfect with them please let us know at brighter@brightershaving.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Order Cancellations

Please note that if you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.

Subscription Cancellations and Amendments

Subscriptions can be cancelled or amended at any time. You can do this by logging into your account here or by contacting us at brighter@brightershaving.co.uk

Damage or Errors

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at brighter@brightershaving.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
